Originally from from Ciudad Juarez, Chihuahua Mexico, Mr. Gallarzo is a student He enrolled at Sacramento State University, pursuing a degree in Musical Theory and Composition.
In addition to attending school, Sebastian is part of "Mariachi Sacramento," and also plays in a local band "The Family Bandits."
