Time Tested Books and Midtown Monthly are excited to announce part four of our 2010 Sacramento Living Library series, this time featuring David Mogavero.
David Mogavero has over 30 years experience with special expertise in the areas of ecological building, environmental planning, infill development, urban design, and energy efficient design.
His commitment to human-based architecture, the revitalization of existing neighborhoods, economic and ecological sustainability of communities, and participation in the planning and design process by end-users is well-known and recognized within professional and citizen communities.
As one of the most experienced advocates and practitioners in land use transit issues in the Central Valley, Mr. Mogavero has actively lectured, written and advocated for environmentally-sound urban development, including infill and higher density transit and pedestrian oriented development.
Through Mogavero Notestine Associates and his past presidencies of the Environmental Council of Sacramento and Sacramento Old City Association, architect David Mogavero has had a unique opportunity to influence the character of Sacramento. He talks about his vision of sustainable planning and development in the River City.
The event is on Sunday, April 18th, at 7:00pm, and admission is free (arrive early to secure a good seat).
