The Sacramento Living Library welcomes Gregg Lukenbill, the visionary Sacramento builder who bought the then-Kansas City Kings in 1983, giving Sacramento its first-ever major league sports team when they moved to town in 1985.  Lukenbill will talk about what it took to bring the Kings to Sacramento, 

build the first arena - and make history.
